Instant Pot Ham

INGREDIENTS

  • - 4-6 lb. Spiral Cut Ham
  • - 2 tbsp Honey
  • - 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • - 2 tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard
  • - 1 1/2 cup Apple Juice

Preparation

  1. Combine honey, sugar, mustard and 1/2 cup of the apple juice in a bowl.
  2. Pour mixture over ham and in between the spiral slices.
  3. Spray instant pot with cooking spray.
  4. Pour 1 cup of Apple Juice into the pot.
  5. Add in your ham and pour the remaining glaze over.
  6. Set the Instant Pot to meat mode and cook for 15 minutes on high.
  7. Let the pot naturally release for 12 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
