Italian Pulled Pork Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb fully cooked Pulled Pork
- 1/2 cup Mild Giardiniera, drained
- 4 Sun-dried Tomato Wraps
- 2 cups grated Fontina Cheese
- Drizzled Balsamic Glaze
- Butter Pan Spray
- Sprinkle Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 container of greens/spinach mix
- 2 tbsp Pesto
Preparation
- Mix pork and giardiniera.
- Spray pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Lay down wrap and top with 1/4 of pork mix.
- Turn on heat on low.
- Top with 1/2 cup cheese and drizzle with glaze.
- Cover and let cook 4-6 min. until cheese melts.
- Uncover and cook another 2-3 min until crust is crispy.
- While pizza is cooking mix salad pesto and S&P.
- Once pizza is done slide out of pan and top with salad.
