Lime Pepper Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs chicken wings (flats & drums)
- 2–3 tbsp Badia Lime Pepper Seasoning, plus extra for finishing
- 1 tbsp Badia Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup cornstarch or all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Badia Lime Pepper Seasoning
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1–2 tsp Badia Lime Pepper Seasoning
Preparation
- Pat wings dry. Toss with olive oil and Badia Lime Pepper Seasoning.
- Mix cornstarch (or flour), baking powder, and Lime Pepper Seasoning. Coat wings evenly and shake off excess.
- Heat oil to 350°F. Fry wings in batches for 8–10 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Drain on a wire rack.
- Melt butter and mix with Lime Pepper Seasoning. Toss wings while hot until fully coated.
- Sprinkle with extra Lime Pepper Seasoning before serving
