Lime Pepper Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (flats & drums)
  • 2–3 tbsp Badia Lime Pepper Seasoning, plus extra for finishing
  • 1 tbsp Badia Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch or all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Badia Lime Pepper Seasoning
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1–2 tsp Badia Lime Pepper Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Pat wings dry. Toss with olive oil and Badia Lime Pepper Seasoning.
  2. Mix cornstarch (or flour), baking powder, and Lime Pepper Seasoning. Coat wings evenly and shake off excess.
  3. Heat oil to 350°F. Fry wings in batches for 8–10 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Drain on a wire rack.
  4. Melt butter and mix with Lime Pepper Seasoning. Toss wings while hot until fully coated.
  5. Sprinkle with extra Lime Pepper Seasoning before serving
