Nestle Lemon Pound Cake

INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ sticks (6 ounces) butter, at room temperature
- 1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 2 yellow lemons, zest
- ½ cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
Preparation
- Cream the butter until smooth. Add the NESTLÉ® LA LECHERA® Sweetened Condensed Milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 °F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, water, and lemon juice. Drizzle the glaze over the loaf, let it set, and decorate with lemon slices. Serve and enjoy.
