Please note, at no point during the 24 Days of Giveaways will we ask for your credit card/debit card, bank account or other financial information whatsoever. We will also not contact you from any other or separate accounts other than our Instagram Account. If you are contacted by a separate account claiming to be Tony’s Fresh Market or you are asked to share any financial information, please immediately report the account to Instagram.

The 24 Days Event will be available on the Tony’s Fresh Market app, which you can download in the App Store or the Google Play Store, Tony’s Fresh Market social media pages, in store at Tony’s Fresh Market locations, and online through Tony’s Fresh Market e-commerce platforms. The 24 Days Event will be open from 1:00 AM CST on Monday December 1, 2025, until Wednesday, December 24, 2025. (“24 Day Event Period”). On select days during the 24 Days Event Period, a sweepstakes will be held, and one winner will be chosen from that day’s entries. The winner will be announced the following day. On other days, a giveaway may be offered instead, where all eligible participants can receive a prize without a drawing. For entries into the sweepstakes, one entry per day is permitted. For sweepstakes entries submitted untimely or outside the guidelines provided in the Official Rules shall be deemed VOID for that day. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and sponsors are not eligible to enter the 24 Days Event. By entering into this 24 Days Event, entrants accept and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules (which can be found on Tony’s Fresh Market website through https://www.Tonysfreshmarket.com/24-days-of-giveaways/, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy(full details can be found on Sponsor’s website at (https://www.tonysfreshmarket.com/privacy-policy) and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.
