This Sweepstakes uses Instagram, a third-party platform, for digital entries. Official digital entries for Tony’s Finer Foods Enterprises, LLC (“Tony’s Fresh Market” or “Sponsor”) Sweepstakes will be available on Tony’s Fresh Market Instagram profile through https://www.instagram.com/tonysfreshmarket/. During this Sweepstakes, Sponsor will publish ONE Instagram Post, on April 22, 2026, at 8:00 AM and ending on May 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. The Post will have unique calls-to-action, specifically, follow our page, like said post, choose your location, tell us why you want to join the Tonys Fresh market Mom Squad, etc. One entry can be earned total. Sponsor will hold 1 drawing, where Sponsor will pick twenty (20) winners each receiving a tote bag full of sponsored prizes, a $50 Gift Card to Tony’s Fresh Market, Tony’s Fresh Market branded items, a Bouquet of Flowers, and an invitation for the winners to come to the selected Tony’s Fresh market location to share in Mother’s day treats. Sponsor will hold the drawing on May 1, 2026, and winners will be contacted on May 1, 2026. Entries submitted untimely or outside the guidelines provided, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed VOID and ineligible. Each individual is only eligible to win one prize during the Sweepstakes Period.
